How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your goals and health concerns. Most clients feel noticeable improvements within 4–8 weeks. We’ll outline a recommended plan during your first consultation.

Do you review my medications and supplements?

Yes. With a background in nursing and clinical nutrition, I provide safe, evidence-informed guidance to make sure your supplements and nutrition plan work well alongside your medications

What happens in the first consultation?

Your first consultation focuses entirely on you, your symptoms, history, goals, lifestyle, and current medications. You’ll walk away with practical recommendations you can start immediately, plus a personalised plan for next steps. If you have recent blood tests, you can bring them along

How much does it cost to see you?

I offer online appointments to suit different needs. Initial and follow-up consultations, also a review of supplements and medications and health coaching when you know you want support to work towards different goals. All pricing is listed on the Services page. If you’re unsure which appointment is right for you, feel free to contact me.

Will you work with my GP or endocrinologist?

Absolutely. I frequently collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other health practitioners to ensure your nutrition plan complements your medical care, especially for diabetes, cholesterol, gut health, and medication management.
